Price band charges based on the value of your property
The charges do not apply to the buyer. Registration excludes VAT.
Fees will be refunded after 6 months of no sale.
The first step is to register your details and select your price band as detailed opposite, then pay by credit card. This action automatically allows you to upload your movie.
You will of course need a digital video camera and take a movie of your property, be sure to provide as much information as possible. Once you are satisfied (good weather etc.) simply download the file onto the desktop and upload to the HubbleTV website using the integrated uploader.
When you receive a call from a potential buyer (whose details are registered with HubbleTV) you arrange your own suitable viewing time. If the buyer makes an offer then both parties solicitors deal with the contract (as with any private sale) and if successful you will have saved yourself a fortune.

Now you have found a property of interest and registered your details you will automatically gain access to the website and the huge choice of property available.
Once you have made a selection you will gain access to the vendors details (as with any private sale). It is up to you both to arrange a suitable viewing. If you make an offer and this is accepted then you forward your solicitors details.
